I have been posting to many blogs [some dating back to 1999].  Prior to the creation of blogs, I ran the article manager for http://www.1stmortgages.com/.   The original purpose of the article manager was the idea of creating a delivery mechanism for sharing ideas, tools, advise and experience.  Most of the articles were targeted towards the residential mortgage industry.  After a number of years, I created http://www.MortgageDirectors.com to manage the expansion of my comments.  Those writings go back to January 2005, when the original article manager was retired.

Beginning with the creation of commercial blogs, there was much hesitancy to actually employ such a tool in dealing with something other than industry information sharing.  I wanted to branch out a bit.

With all that I have been involved with, I decided that I should create a number of blogs for me to share with.  This particualar blog will concentrate on ideas around corporate training, leadership training and coaching.

Training ideas, methods and metrics are constantly changing. Training issues related to presentation, delivery, access are constantly changing the industry. Here are my thoughts, rants, found quotes, silly ideas and hopefully thought provoking ideas.
