In an effort to consolidate articles that I have written, I have submitted over 30 articles to eZineArticle.com for inclusion in their database and distribution system.  I will still continue to post all of my articles here (or on the other blogs I write — see LINKS), but felt it necessary to expose them in a format that is simpler to access and to manage.  (I hated to have to search this site for an article that I had written, so I could get the correct URL to send it to someone.)

I am pleased with eZineArticle because they have a rigorous system of checking the original content of articles and confirming who the author of them are.  They are great with the one small exception that they sometimes parse articles which has changed the meaning. (No one can be perfect.)

In the navigation, on the right, you will now note a new link to my articles.  I hope that this will simplify accessing those ideas and concepts.

This does not negate my continuing this blog.  Much of my blog is more than the articles, I post a fair amount of ideas, concepts and issues (all related to training) here and will continue to do so.

That said, I would appreciate if you visit my page profile on eZineArticle and RATE my articles.!!
