ABOUT BRYANT NIELSON
Bryant Nielson is heavily involved in the Corporate Training and Leadership and Talent space. He currently is the US Director of Business Development for ACF Consulting, (one of the worlds top investment bank training companies). He brings a diverse corporate experience of organizational development, learning and talent development, and corporate training, that also includes personal coaching of top sales individuals and companies of all sizes.
For the prior 4 years, Bryant was the Managing Director & Leadership and Talent Director for Lengthen Your Stride! LLC. In this position, Nielson was the curriculum developer of all of the courses for MortgageMae University (MMU), the Realtor Development Center (RDC), and of Lengthen Your Stride! (LYS). In that position, he developed material, refined over many years of use and active training, and condensed the coursework and training to be high impact, natural learning, and comprehensive.
He is the creator of the curriculum and coursework for over 250 classes. He is known for bringing fresh ideas to his presentations by drawing on his more than 27 years of mortgage experience, as owner, manager, trainer and coach. In addition to his management of MortgageMae University’s online training and seminar/classroom based training, he has been the featured speaker for many private mortgage clients. He has written a number of articles, and is considered the expert on the ‘Value of Training’, ‘Goal Setting’ and ‘Leadership’. His articles have been published in Mortgage Banking Magazine and has appeared a number of times on CNN as an industry expert.
He is a happily married to his wife of 20+ years and has two high achieving boys.
