I am currently the Strategic Alliance & Acquisitions Director for FinancialTrainingSolutions (FTS). FTS is a global training firm that specializes in “Delivering Innovative Training Solutions” to the corporate and financial markets. With offices in New York and London, FTS provides programs that cover the major financial markets. FTS’s approach to training is to AVOID “off-the-shelf” programs; preferring to work with clients on customizing programs that integrate their business objectives with the programs delivered. This extra effort in client attention clearly separates FTS from the competition.

Previously, I was the North American Director for ACF Consultants Ltd & Acumen Technology Inc.   ACF is a Global Banking Consultancy, training the capital market and investment banking community. Acumen Technologies specializes in the development and delivery of capital market elearning and tools. Additionally, I was the Global Training Director for the open enrollment programs at: ACF Academy an open enrollment academy.

Prior to that, I was Executive Director for Lengthen Your Stride! LLC a Coaching, Training and Personal Development company located in northern New Jersey. I was the Director eLearning Strategy and Development for MortgageMae University (MMU) and for the Realtor Development Center (RDC). Taking material, refined over many years of experience and active training, and condensing the coursework and training into high impact, natural learning, and comprehensive programs.

He is the creator of the curriculum and coursework for over 250 classes. He is known for bringing fresh ideas to his presentations by drawing on his more than 27 years of mortgage experience, as owner, manager, trainer and coach. In addition to his management of MortgageMae University’s online training and seminar/classroom based training, he has been the featured speaker for many private mortgage clients. He has written a number of articles, and is considered the expert on the ‘Value of Training’, ‘Goal Setting’ and ‘Leadership’. His articles have been published in Mortgage Banking Magazine and has appeared a number of times on CNN as an industry expert.

He is a happily married to his wife of 20+ years and has two high achieving boys.
